THE UNITE WORKOUT
The Unite Workout is generally 65 minutes, combining Cardio Intervals (Run, Spin), Strength Training (Weights, Bands, Suspension, Plyo) & Recovery (Yoga Stretch, Foam Roll, Final Rest) so you get everything your mind and body need each workout. Our high level coaches and hot playlists will keep your energy up and your form on point.
Your first workout is FREE (except ClassPass users) so you can experience the Unite difference before you join our community. You MUST be able to arrive 15 minutes early to your trial workout to get oriented properly and stay 15 minutes after to sit with your coach and see if the program is a fit. They will answer all of your questions and review membership options.*
