Juliet Burgh
General Manager, Nutrition Director, Coach

Juliet Burgh has been active in the fitness community since 2008. An expert in her field, she came to Philadelphia after working in New York City as a personal trainer at a prestigious sports club. She is a partner and nutrition director for Unite Fitness, helping to craft Unite’s trademark Heart.Muscle.Mind workout methodology. Juliet appears as a regular contributor on Fox and ABC news, helping educate people on the topics of fitness, health, and nutrition. When she’s not in the studio, Juliet is recording her fitness and nutrition Podcast Insatiable, which can be found on ITunes. She loves to connect with nature and frequently takes trips to the Woodstock, New York area to hike and relax.

Jesse Frank

Jesse is the training director of Unite Fitness and is responsible for training the coaches and creating the fitness programming. He loves being able to use his creativity to make workouts challenging and fun. As a Lululemon ambassador and one of the the top philadelphia personal trainers you can always look to Jesse to have the answers when it’s anything related to working out. Clients can look forward to Jesse’s big smile, which lights up a room and creates infectious energy when you take one of his sessions.

Mackie went from a long-time client to coach after going all-in on the Unite Fitness philosophy. As a former collegiate baseball player, Mackie brings the intensity of NCAA athletics to every workout, while making it achievable and enjoyable for people of all levels. Mackie is also a certified nutritionist and you can find him always geeking out on the latest tech gadgets.

Evan Shaulson

Evan’s passion for health and fitness has led him to study Biology and Nutrition at the University of Pennsylvania. Evan loves sports training and is an avid hockey player. He believes that every workout should make you feel better, look better and perform better. You can be sure that you’ll push yourself to your limits and leave each of Evan’s workouts feeling proud of what you’ve accomplished. You can look forward to very creative workouts and amazing music whenever taking one of Evans classes.

Kelly Seng

Kelly is a former gymnast and high school athlete. Being physically fit has always been an extremely important part of her identity. As an experienced Philadelphia personal trainer and yoga instructor she encourages emphasis on alignment and form to improve all areas of performance. Self-talk is big with Kelly, she will motivate you to push past the first signs of discomfort, so you can really challenge your body and see results. You can always find Kelly rocking out to r&b music and doing backflips and cartwheels for fun.

Mark Donohue

Originally from London, Mark also spent time in South Africa and Texas before touching down in the City of Brotherly Love to play Division I soccer at Drexel University. His appreciation of constructive teamwork attracted him to the Unite style of workouts. Mark’s energy is infectious and he always motivates you to work harder. Get ready to leave his classes with the best songs stuck in your head and a new personal best in your workout.

Natalie is a creative, dynamic and energetic Integrative Health Coach and Philadelphia Personal Trainers (CPT). She possesses a deep passion for health & wellness and performance/life coaching. Natalie specializes in people who need an extra push with accountability and follow-through, as well as, female fat-loss clients with 15 pounds or more to lose or who who are trying to build a better booty!

Austin Kavanis

After earning his degree from Kutztown University, Austin decided to take on fitness full time and become a personal trainer and Unite coach. Austin is best known for his intense and entertaining workouts. He focuses on creating a strong and aesthetically pleasing physique, while encouraging a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. With the techniques and tools gained from his expert advice, clients will leave Unite energized and ready to take on the challenges of everyday life.

Reyna “The Traina” Munves
Coach, Personal Trainer

Inspired by the personal trainers she’s had since 2006, Reyna Munves, AKA “Reyna the Traina,” decided to give the same gift of health and fitness to others as she left her teaching career to pursue her passion to become a personal trainer in 2014. As a former non-athlete, Reyna understands the challenges posed by a change in lifestyle and prides herself on helping her clients succeed in reaching achievable fitness goals. Additionally, Reyna has competed in two natural figure competitions, both in which she took second place. Outside of the gym, Reyna enjoys creating new and flavorful healthy dishes and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree from Bloomsburg University in Instructional Technology.

Valerie Depaul

Valerie joined the Unite team after earning her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Miami where she studied exercise physiology, nutrition, and sports medicine. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to fitness. She’s known for bringing her energetic vibe and her classes go by super fast. She runs a tight ship and makes sure not a second is wasted. When Val is not coaching you can find her hanging out with her dogs and taking funny selfies.
