Get strong and ripped while staying safe under the watchful eye of Unite's coaches in our bright strength studio. Learn and perform healthy functional exercises using dumbbells, suspension trainers, bands and pull-up bars.

RECOVERY

10 MINUTES
STRETCH, ROLL, RELEASE & RELAX
Take care of your body and release your daily stress in the cool blue lights and soothing music of Unite's recovery mode. Simple, effective yoga postures, strap stretches and foam rolling help repair your body, while 2 minutes of final rest let you unwind.
