Kelly is a former gymnast and high school athlete. Being physically fit has always been an extremely important part of her identity. As an experienced Philadelphia personal trainer and yoga instructor she encourages emphasis on alignment and form to improve all areas of performance. Self-talk is big with Kelly, she will motivate you to push past the first signs of discomfort, so you can really challenge your body and see results. You can always find Kelly rocking out to r&b music and doing backflips and cartwheels for fun.
