The management team at Unite Studio Franchising llc is excited to announce the signing of Unite’s first franchisee, Dan DeSalvo of Philadelphia. Mr. DeSalvo will be developing the Mainline, PA territory, where he has worked and built relationships over the past several years.
“The Main Line will finally be able benefit from the inspiring workouts, healthy eating, and great sense of community and confidence that I experience as a Unite member,” says Dan who has been a member of Unite Philly East since October of 2014. “It’s clear the Unite team has put a ton of time and energy into creating a franchise for successful expansion. The program is packed with tons of great instruction, media content, applications, etc.”
Mr. DeSalvo is 32 years old, a Drexel University graduate and has a background in Real Estate Development and Construction Management, which will be very helpful in the build out process of his Unite Mainline fitness studio franchise. Dan’s interest in the fitness business and then fitness franchises, came after he started training at Unite Philly East and realized he could turn his passion for fitness and being healthy into a smart investment.

Our team waited patiently to find the right partner but when Dan entered the development process, we knew he was a fit immediately. We cannot wait to get his fitness business open and thriving.”
Once a location for the fitness studio has been selected we will communicate it along with founding membership deals and estimated grand opening timeframes.
