3 min AMRAP, 30 sec twisting mountain climbers, then another 3 min AMRAP = 6:30 min
  • Deadlift ​to bent r​ow x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Clean and press x 8 each side (Heavy DBS)

  • Band tricep overhead extension x 10 (Med Res Band)
  • ​Band speed curls x 20 (Med Res Band)
