Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (squats, swings, high pulls, Thrusters) Med DBS (lunges, press jacks)


7 MIN AMRAP: Goal is 3 rounds

  • Squats x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Box Jumps x 10 (Low bench or high bench for advanced)
  • Press Jacks x 20 (1 Med DB)

EMOM X 4

  • Kneeling piston shoulder press x 8 each arm (Med DBS)
  • Bottom 1/2 burpees x ROM

EMOM X 4

  • Thrusters x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Mountain climbers x ROM

  • Static lunge (Med DBS) x 10 each leg
  • Swings x 20 (1 Heavy DB)
  • Alt deadlift high pull x 10 total (Heavy DBS)
