Equipment: TRX (mid length), Heaviest DB (Single arm chest press, Single arm row, swing) Heavy DBS (Bench press, bent row) Med DBS (chest fly, plank row)


Every 2 Min x 4 Rounds = 8 min

  • Bench Press x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)
  • Bent Row x 8-12 (Heavy DBS)
  • Plank Row w/ a pushup x finish the rest of 2 min

Partners: : 8 min = Goal is 3-4 sets

  • TRX Rotational Row x 10 (partner 1 starts here)
  • Burpee with a full pushup x 10
  • Chesy flys x 10 (Med DBS)
  • Pullovers x 10 (1 Heavy DB)

Every 90 sec x 4 Rounds = 6 min
  • 1-arm Row x 10 (1 Heaviest DB)
  • 1-arm Bench x 10 (1 Heaviest DB)
  • DB Swings x Rest of 90 sec (1 Heaviest DB)
*Switch arms each round so hit both sides twice
