  • A) Thrusters x 8 (Med DBS)
  • B) Single arm row x 8 each side (Heavy DB)
  • C) Tricep overhead extensions x 8 (Heavy DB)
  • D) Rocket push-ups x 8

6 Min Mini Builder: AB,ABC,ABCD (if they finish early, just keep going ABCD)
  • A) Squat to curl x 8 (Med DBS)
  • B) Single arm chest press x 8 each side (Heavy DBS)
  • C) Upright row x 8 (Med DBS)
  • D) Down dog pushups x 8

40 sec each, 30 sec each, 20 sec each x 2 sets = 9 min
  • Alt back lunges (Heavy DBS)
  • Push-presses (Heavy DBS)
  • Skull crushers (Med DBS)
