Equipment: Extra Heavy DB, Med/Heavy DB, Low Bench (can share for Split Squats)

The number next to exercise = the # of reps, Example: 1 = 1 Warrior Maker; 1-2 = 1 Warrior Maker and 2 DLHP, etc
  • 1 - Warrior Maker (med/heavy DB)
  • 2 - DLHP (med/heavy DB)
  • 3 - Burpees
  • 4 - Squats (extra heavy DBS)
  • 5 - 1-Arm Row ( 5 each) (1 extra heavy DB)
  • 6 - Split Squats (each) (med/heavy DBS)
  • 7 - Goblet Squat Jumps (1 med/heavy DB)
  • 8 - Swings (1 extra heavy DB)
  • 9 - Sprinter LungeJumps (9 each)
  • 10 - Weighted Suitcase Crunches (1 med/heavy DB)

*****If the finish before 24 minutes then they go 1-10!!


Recovery: Foam Roller
  • Glutes, quads, hamstrings, back
