Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (Bench Press, Cleans and Press) Med DBS (Close press, Chest Fly, upright row) Light DBS (Front/Lat Raise)

5 Min to find 5 rep max! Start at 10 reps and each set, they should get less and less.

  • Bench Press (Heavy DBS)
  • Seated Shoulder Press (Med DBS)

5 Min to find 5 rep max! Start at 10 reps and each set, they should get less and less.
  • Close Grip Bench Press (Med/Heavy DBS)
  • Upright Row (Med/Heavy DBS)

12 Min Round: Every 3 min you stop them and do..Pushups x 10 (Each reps has a different eccentric count. First reps count out loud from 10-1 until they hit the ground, second set 9-1 until last rep is just 1)
  • Clean and press x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Chest Flys x 8 (Med DBS)
  • Front raises x 8 (Light DBS)
  • Lateral raises x 8 (Light DBS)
