Equipment Needed: TRX (calf length) Med DBS (Pullover pikes, warrior makers) Heavy DBS (Squats, Deadlifts, Split squat, Clean and Press)

GROUP 1 - 5 MIN ROUND:
  • TRX Atomic Pushups X 10
  • TRX hamstring curls X 10-20

GROUP ​2​ - 5 MIN ROUND:

​**​D​emo all AMRAPS at once and make them all back to back without rest = 12 MIN!
3​ MIN AMRAP:
  • Front Squats x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • ​Pushups x 8​

​4​ MIN AMRAP:

  • Split squats (on floor) x 8 each leg (Heavy DBS)
  • ​Bentover Row x 8 ​
​5 Min ARMAP:​
  • ​Deadlifts x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Clean and press x 8 (Med/Heavy DBS)
