GROUP 1 - 5 MIN ROUND:
- TRX Atomic Pushups X 10
- TRX hamstring curls X 10-20
GROUP 2 - 5 MIN ROUND:
- Pullover Pikes x 10 (Med DBS)
- Man Makers x 5 (Med DBS)
**Demo all AMRAPS at once and make them all back to back without rest = 12 MIN!
3 MIN AMRAP:
- Front Squats x 8 (Heavy DBS)
- Pushups x 8
4 MIN AMRAP:
- Split squats (on floor) x 8 each leg (Heavy DBS)
- Bentover Row x 8
5 Min ARMAP:
- Deadlifts x 8 (Heavy DBS)
- Clean and press x 8 (Med/Heavy DBS)
