Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (bench press, clean and squat, 1 arm row, tricep ext) Med DBS (Shoulder press, bicep curls, underhand wide row, kick backs)



8 Min Round: Every 2 min interrupt them to complete 5 burpees
  • Bench Press x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Clean and squat x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Bicep curls x 10 (Med DBS)

8 Min Round: Every 2 min interrupt them to complete 10 squat jumps
  • 1 arm row x 10 each arm (Heavy DB)
  • Swing to tricep overhead ext x 10 (Heavy DB)
  • Tricep kick backs x 10 (Med DBS)

6 Min Round: Every 2 min interrupt them to complete 20 mountain climbers
  • Alt back lunge to press x10 total (Med DBS)
  • Bent over underhand grip wide row x 10 (Med DBS)
