8 Min Round: Every 2 min interrupt them to complete 5 burpees
- Bench Press x 10 (Heavy DBS)
- Clean and squat x 10 (Heavy DBS)
- Bicep curls x 10 (Med DBS)
8 Min Round: Every 2 min interrupt them to complete 10 squat jumps
- 1 arm row x 10 each arm (Heavy DB)
- Swing to tricep overhead ext x 10 (Heavy DB)
- Tricep kick backs x 10 (Med DBS)
6 Min Round: Every 2 min interrupt them to complete 20 mountain climbers
- Alt back lunge to press x10 total (Med DBS)
- Bent over underhand grip wide row x 10 (Med DBS)
