Equipment Needed: Med/Heavy DBS (Step ups, shoulder press, Split squat, upright row,) Heavy DBS (Pushpress, front lunges) Med DBS (Front raise, lat raise, sit up to press)

Group 1: 30 sec each x 3 rounds = 5 min
  • Step ups rt leg (high bench) (Med/ Heavy DBS)
  • Step ups lft leg
  • Shoulder presses (Med/ Heavy DBS)
  • Rest x 15 sec

Group 2: 30 sec each x 3 rounds = 5 min
  • Split squats rt leg (back foot on low bench) (Med/ Heavy DB)
  • Split squats lft leg (Med/ Heavy DBS)
  • Upright rows
  • Rest x 15 sec

6 Min Round:

  • Push press x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Down dog push-up x 10
  • Bent arm lateral raises x 10 (Med DBS)

6 Min Builder: A, AB, ABC, ABCD
  • Sit-up to press (Med DBS) x 10
  • Alternating front lunges x 10 total (Heavy DBS)
  • Alternating front raises x 10 total (Med DBS)
  • Up down planks x 10
