Equipment Needed: Med DBS (SLDL, curls, skull crushers) Med band (pushdowns) Mini band. Bench (pistol squats)
45 sec each x 2 rounds = 4:30
- Single leg dead lift to back lunge (rt leg) (Med DBS)
- Single leg dead lift to back lunge (lft leg) (Med DBS)
- Spider tricep pushups
1 min each x 2 round = 6 min
- “Boo” ty band alt glute kicks
- Skull crushers leg lowers (Med DBS)
- Weighted alt v ups
Group 1: 45 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30
- Hammer curls (Med DBS) x 15
- Pistol squats x 10 each leg
- Candy “hang” over abs
- band tricep pushdowns
1 min each if you have time!!!
- Banded bicycle crunches
- Low plank band toe taps
