“Terror Wod”

Equipment Needed: Med DBS (SLDL, curls, skull crushers) Med band (pushdowns) Mini band. Bench (pistol squats)

45 sec each x 2 rounds = 4:30
  • Single leg dead lift to back lunge (rt leg) (Med DBS)
  • Single leg dead lift to back lunge (lft leg) (Med DBS)
  • Spider tricep pushups

1 min each x 2 round = 6 min

Group 1: 45 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30
  • Hammer curls (Med DBS) x 15
  • Pistol squats x 10 each leg

Group 2: 45 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30

1 min each if you have time!!!
  • Banded bicycle crunches
  • Low plank band toe taps
