Ladder: 4,5,6,7 etc…. x 4 min
- Kneeling shoulder press
- Bird dog push-ups
AMRAP x 8 minutes
- Alternating chest press w/ alt leg lowers x 10 each (Heavy DBS)
- Alt plank rev fly x 8 each (Light DBS)
- Burpee to alt snatch x 6 each (Heavy DBS)
4 sets: 30 sec each x 4 rounds = 4 min
- Chest flys
- Alt Renegade T Press
4 sets: 30 sec each x 4 rounds = 4 min
- Close grip chest press (Med DBS)
- Seated lateral raise (Light DBS)
2 min Plank off!
