Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (Chest press) Med DBS (Shoulder press, renegade t press) Light DBS (Rev fly, lat raises)


Ladder: 4,5,6,7 etc…. x 4 min

  • Kneeling shoulder press
  • Bird dog push-ups

AMRAP x 8 minutes

  • Alternating chest press w/ alt leg lowers x 10 each (Heavy DBS)
  • Alt plank rev fly x 8 each (Light DBS)
  • Burpee to alt snatch x 6 each (Heavy DBS)

4 sets: 30 sec each x 4 rounds = 4 min

  • Chest flys
  • Alt Renegade T Press

4 sets: 30 sec each x 4 rounds = 4 min

  • Close grip chest press (Med DBS)
  • Seated lateral raise (Light DBS)

2 min Plank off!
