Equipment Needed: Medium DBS, TRX Mid-length


300 REP TRICK OR TREAT WORKOUT - NO REST ENDURANCE! - START 1/2 ON TRX

NOTE: Once a client completes all the reps of an exercise you can give them a piece of candy!!! If they don’t complete the reps in the 4 min cutoff no candy, but at the end offer everyone candy for fun! The goal is to collect 6 pieces of candy ; )

Timed: 4 min cap per exercise, if not done reps move on to next exercise = 24 min total

  • Pushups x 50
  • Squat to Curl x 50 (Medium DB)
  • TRX Inverted Row x 50
  • TRX Crunches (feet in straps) x 50
  • Shoulder Presses x 50 (Medium DB)
  • Lunges x 50 total (Medium DB)

*Advanced bonus exercises if some clients burn through the reps.
  • V-ups x 50
  • Suspension Tricep Extensions x 50
  • Mountain climbers x 50 each side
