Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (chest press) Med DBS (chest fly, upright row, shoulder press) TRX (calf length)

2 SETS NO REST = 6 MIN
  • Rt arm, Lft arm, both arms bench press x 1 min (Heavy DBS)
  • Rt arm, Lft arm, both arms shoulder press x 1 min (Med DBS)
  • Burpee with a full pushup x 1 min

2 SETS NO REST = 6 MIN
  • Rt arm, Lft arm, both arms ​chest flys x 1 min ​(Med DBS)​
  • Rt arm, Lft arm, both arms ​upright rows x 1 min ​(Med DBS)
  • 8:1 mountain climber pushups x 1 min

Group 1: 45 sec each : 10 sec transitions x 2 rounds = 5:20
  • TRX chest press
  • TRX reverse flys
  • ​TRX crunches or pikes (feet in strap)​

Group 2: 45 sec each x 2 rounds = ​5:20
  • ​Renegade row to T press (rt side) (Med DB)
  • ​​Renegade row to T press (lft side)
  • Weighted V-up (Med DB)
