Equipment Needed: Med/Heavy DBS (close press, bent row) Med DBS (heartbeat squat, curls) Light/Med DBS (Plank kicks backs)
50 rep challenge workout: Give 4 minutes to complete all 50 reps, if they finish early, they finish the time with a body weight cardio exercise. If they don’t get through all the reps in 4 minutes, then they just move on to next exercise for 4 minutes. The goal is to use weights that challenge them and they end up doing multiple sets, not powering through all 50 reps in a row.
24 MIN WORKOUT:
- Exercise 1:Wide bent over row
- Exercise 2: Launching pushups
- Exercise 3: Goblet heart beat squat
- Exercise 4: Close grip chest press w/ leg lowers
- Exercise 5: Single leg dead lift to curl (25 each side)
- Exercise 6: Plank to alternating tricep kicks backs (50 total!)
Cardio exercises to choose from if they finish the reps before 4 minutes is up:
- Burpees
- Squat jumps
- Lunge jumps
- High knees
