Equipment: Medium DB, Light & Medium Bands, Suspension (low handles)

Timed 30/15 x 3 Rounds each side = 4.5 min

  • Static Lunge Right Leg to Press/Hold* x 3 Rounds, then (Medium Band)
  • Static Lunge Left Leg to Press/Hold* x 3 Rounds (Medium Band)
    *Hold = knee bent and arms pressed up

Timed: 1 min each x 2 Rounds, then switch = 12 min total
Bikes start on TRX
  • Suspension Lunge Right VIDEO (modify by holding handles and reverse lunging)
  • Suspension Lunge Left
  • Suspension Y Arm Raise
Treads start on Weights
  • Thrusters (medium DB)
  • Quad Taps**
    **Start on all fours, lift knees 2 inches above ground, then tap opposite hand to opposite knee. Standard shoulders over wrists rule applies. TOTAL BURN!
  • Straight Leg Ab Bicycle

Timed: 20/10 sec x 8 Rounds, then Abs = 4 min + 1 min abs = 5 min total

  • Front Raise/Hold (light band)
  • Lateral Raise/Hold (light band)

  • Twisting Mountain Climbers x 1 min

Recovery: Foam Roller
