  • Pull-up variations x max (Bikes start on pull-ups)
  • Push-up variations x max

Timed: 45s work /15s rest x 3 Rounds of one exercise in a row then next = 12 min total

Bikes start on TRX:

  • Suspension Inverted Row
  • Suspension Chest Press

Treads start on DBs:

  • Rotational* Bent Row (Heavy DB)
  • Rotational* Bench Press (Heavy DB)
    * Rotate the DB 90 degrees as you press/pull

Timed: 1 min each movement x 2 Rounds = 4 min total
  • Lat Pull Downs x max (Heavy Band or 2 Bands over the bar)
