  • TRX Skullcrushers

Group B:

  • Alternating Narrow Chest Press (Medium DB)
    (Palms in, 1 arm extended while other presses)
  • DB Pull Over with Leg Lift (1 Medium DB)

AMRAP = 6 min
  • 1-Leg Deadlift to Curl x20 total (10/ leg) (Medium DB)
  • Bench Dips x max (Bench)
