- 1-Leg Deadlift to Curl x20 total (10/ leg) (Medium DB)
- Bench Dips x max (Bench)
AMRAP = 6 min
- 1-Arm Overhead Squat x20 total (10/ arm) (1 Medium DB)
- Wide Pushups x max (modify pushups on bench)
