Equipment: Medium DBS, Medium-Heavy Band


Timed: 20 sec each x 2 rounds = 4 min

  • Plank row right (Med DB)
  • Plank Row to press right (Med DB)
  • Kneeling 1 arm curl right (Med DB)
  • Repeat everything on left

AMRAP = 8 min

  • 1 Chest Fly to 1 Close Press x 10 total (Medium DBSS)
  • Squat to 1-Arm Shoulder Press x10 each side (Medium DB)
  • 1-Leg Bent Over Row x20 total (10 each leg) (Medium DBS)

Timed: 20 sec each x 2 rounds = 4 min (YES WE REPEAT FIRST SERIES !)

  • Plank row right (Med DB)
  • Plank Row to press right (Med DB)
  • Kneeling 1 arm curl right (Med DB)
  • Repeat everything on left

Timed 20 sec on /10 sec hold x 4 Rounds each, then go to next exercise = 6 min

  • Speed Bicep Curls / Hold 90 degree Med-Heavy Band)
  • Tricep Dips / Hold 90 degree
  • V-ups / Hold Boat Pose
