Equipment: Medium DBS, Light Band/Medium Bands, TRX (Calf length)
Timed 30 sec on /15 sec holds x 3 Rounds each side = 4:30 min
- Static Lunge Right Leg to Band Shoulder Press/ Hold x 3 Rounds (Light/Med Band)
- Repeat on the other leg x 3 rounds
For the hold: knee bent and arms at 90 degrees for the hold *
Timed: 1 min each x 2 Rounds, then switch groups = 12 min total
Group A = 6 min
- TRX Lunge Right VIDEO (modify by facing TRXholding handles and reverse lunging)
- TRX Lunge Left (Advance by holding Med DBS)
- TRX Mountain Climbers (Feet in cradles)
Group B = 6 min
- Thrusters (Medium DBS)
- Down-Dog Push-Ups
- Quad Taps**
**Start on all fours, lift knees 2 inches above ground, then tap opposite hand to opposite knee. Standard shoulders over wrists rule applies. TOTAL BURN!
Timed: 20 sec on /10 sec hold x 8 Rounds, then Abs = 4 min + 2 min abs = 6 min total
