Equipment Needed: bench, Heavy DBS (Suitcase squats, DL high pulls, Back lunges) Med/Heavy DBS (Clean & Press very light db

EMOM = 12 min
  • 3 Burpees at top of minute then alternate between the following 2 exercises for 4 rounds:
    • Suitcase squats (Heavy DBS)
    • Deadlift High Pulls (Heavy DBS)
    • Boxing (Light DBS)

AMRAP = 10 min - Goal is 3-4 sets

  • Back Lunges x 10 each leg (Heavy DBS Racked )
  • Body Weight Lunge Jumps x 10 each leg
  • Clean and Press x 10 (Med/ Heavy DBS)
