EMOM = 12 min
- 3 Burpees at top of minute then alternate between the following 2 exercises for 4 rounds:
- Suitcase squats (Heavy DBS)
- Deadlift High Pulls (Heavy DBS)
- Boxing (Light DBS)
AMRAP = 10 min - Goal is 3-4 sets
- Back Lunges x 10 each leg (Heavy DBS Racked )
- Body Weight Lunge Jumps x 10 each leg
- Clean and Press x 10 (Med/ Heavy DBS)
