Timed Rounds: 45 sec/15 sec rest x 4 rounds = 24 minutes
- Alt Bench Press (Heavy DBS)
- Alt push Press x(Heavy DBS)
- Alt off the floor high pulls (Heavy DBS)
- Scap raises (Light DBS)
- Burpee plank jack push-ups
- Rest for 45 /Active rest-high plank hold
*Clock runs the whole time!!!
