Equipment Needed: Med DBS (Split squats, shoulder press) Light DBS (Rev fly), Heavy DBS (high pulls, push press, suitcase squat)
23 MIN WORKOUT - MAKE SURE TO DEMO QUICK!

5 AMRAP:

  • Split squats x 10 rt leg (Med DBS)
  • Single leg split squat jumps rt leg (back foot on bench body weight) x 10
  • Repeat on other side
  • Box jumps x 10

45 sec each x 2 rounds = 5:00


30 sec/ 15 sec rest x 3 rounds = 6:30

  • Jumping Step ups (high bench) - People can share a high bench
  • Piston shoulder press (Med DBS)
  • Down dog pushups (feet on bench for advanced)

30 sec/ 15 sec rest x 3 rounds = 6:30

  • Dead lift high pull (Heavy DBS)
  • Push press (Heavy DBS)
  • Suitcase squats (Heavy DBS)
