Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (squats, bent row) Med DBS (Plank row) TRX (mid length)

45 second work: 15 second transition.
4 rounds = 16 minutes.
Max Reps for all moves (have 1/2 class start on TRX)
  • TRX Hi Rows
  • TRX jump lunges
  • Plank Row each side w/ 1 Burpee (Med DBS)
  • Deadlift to Alt Hi Pull (Heavy DBS)

5 Min EMOM
  • Squat x 12,10,8,6,4 (Heavy DBS)
  • Alt Bent Row X ROM (Heavy DBS)
