Fri 8/17/18 : Chest W/ Shoulders : Strength & Conditioning

Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (bench press, push press, pullovers, high pulls) Med DBS (chest fly, bent lat raise)

(Explain as one circuit….finish the bench and push press early, wait in plank - Total work = 7 min)
  • Alt Bench Press (Heavy DBS) vs Alt Push Press (Heavy DBS) x 5 mins
  • REPS= 20,16,12,8,4 (total reps for each)
  • Deficit Pushups x 1 min
  • Downdog Push-ups x 1 min

(Explain as one circuit….finish the fly and high pulls early, wait in plank - Total work = 7 min)
  • Chest Flys (Med DBS) vs Strict Hi Pulls (Heavy DBS) x 5 mins
  • REPS = 12,10,8,6,4,2
  • Spider-Man push-ups x 1 min
  • Porno Pushup x 1 min(not a typo hehe…Austin is finding me a video)

  • Pullovers (Heavy DBS) vs bent elbow lat raises (Med DBS) x 5 mins
  • REPS = 12,10,8,6,4,2
  • Close grip push-up x 1 min
  • Burpee x 1 min
