Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (bench press, clean to press, Pullovers) Med DBS (chest fly, shoulder press, close grip press)

3 mins per exercise 6-10 reps 3-5 sets per exercise is goal = 9 min
  • Bench Press with Pause at Bottom (Heavy DBS)
  • Clean to Press (Heavy DBS)
  • Pullover Pikes (Heavy DB)

2 mins per exercise 8-12 reps 2-3 sets per exercise is goal = 6 min
  • Palms Foward Chest Fly (Med DBS)
  • Alt Seated Strict Press (Med DBS)
  • Close Grip Bench with 6 inch leg hold (Med/ Heavy DBS)

1 min per exercise Max reps 2 Rounds total = 6 min
  • Deficit Pushups
  • Hi Plank Knee To Elbow
  • Weighted Burpees with a close press (Med DBS)
