- Alt Seated Strict Press (Med DBS)
- Close Grip Bench with 6 inch leg hold (Med/ Heavy DBS)
1 min per exercise Max reps 2 Rounds total = 6 min
- Deficit Pushups
- Hi Plank Knee To Elbow
- Weighted Burpees with a close press (Med DBS)
