Equipment Needed: Med DBS (Arnold press, high pull, curtsy lunge,back lunge) Light DBS (lat raise, ITY raises)

EMOM X 3 rounds = 9 minutes
Thrusters x 3-5 at the top of every minute! (Med DBS)
  • 1-leg Arnold press ROM for minute 1 (Med DBS)
  • Lunge to Lat Raise ROM for minute 2 (Light DBS)
  • Bear Crawl Taps ROM for minute 3
*Repeat 3 x !

Builder Series 45 sec each exercise = 11 min
