Thrusters x 3-5 at the top of every minute! (Med DBS)
- 1-leg Arnold press ROM for minute 1 (Med DBS)
- Lunge to Lat Raise ROM for minute 2 (Light DBS)
- Bear Crawl Taps ROM for minute 3

- A) Alternating single leg DLHP (Med DBS)
- B) Squat hold with back lunge (1 or 2 Med DBS)
- C) Bent over ITY raises x 10 (Light DBS)
- D) Alternating curtsy lunges (Med DBS)
- E) Plank toe taps (use mini band)
