Equipment: Bench (deficit lunges), Med DBS (DLHP, squats, lunges, plank row), Light DBS(Reverse flys)

4 Min EMOM:

3 min each = 9 min of work
  • Plank Row (every 10 reps do 2 burpees) (Med DBS)
  • Reverse Deficit Lunges (90 sec each leg) (Med DBS)
  • Front Lunges (every 10 reps do 5 curl to presses) (Med DBS)

2 min each = 4 min
  • Single leg Reverse Fly (1 min each leg) (Light DBS)
  • Alt DLHP (Med DBS)

1 min each = 4 min of work
  • Front Squats (Med DBS)
  • Goblet 2 pulse squats (1 Med DB)
  • Sumo squats (Med DBS)
  • In out squat jumps
