4 Min EMOM:
- Single leg deadlift x 8 (Med DBS rt leg) / finish minute with low lunge jumps (rt leg)
- Repeat on left side
- 2 rounds
3 min each = 9 min of work
- Plank Row (every 10 reps do 2 burpees) (Med DBS)
- Reverse Deficit Lunges (90 sec each leg) (Med DBS)
- Front Lunges (every 10 reps do 5 curl to presses) (Med DBS)
2 min each = 4 min
- Single leg Reverse Fly (1 min each leg) (Light DBS)
- Alt DLHP (Med DBS)
1 min each = 4 min of work
- Front Squats (Med DBS)
- Goblet 2 pulse squats (1 Med DB)
- Sumo squats (Med DBS)
- In out squat jumps
