  • Alternating Step ups with glute kick x 1 minute (high bench, Med DBS) (have 1/2 group start here!**)
  • Alternating Push Press x 1 minute (Med DBS)
  • Alternating Front Lunge with lateral raise x 1 min (Light DBS)
  • Bear Taps x 1 min

  • Squats with 3 pulse at bottom x 1 minute (Med DBS)
  • Alt DLHP X 1 min (Med DBS)
  • Windmills x 1min ( switch halfway) (1 Med DB)
  • Updowns x 1 min
