Equipment Needed: Resistance band, Med DBS (SLDL upright row, split squats, Russian twists)

10 Min Round:
(Every 2 min interrupt what they are doing and the class does 5 X curl - squat - press (Med DBS)
  • Band curls x 20
  • Band tricep overhead extension x 20
  • Low plank jacks x 20

45 sec each x 2 = 6 min
  • Single leg DL upright row (rt leg) (Med DBS)
  • Split squat on the floor (rt leg) (Med DBS)
  • Single leg pushups (rt leg)
  • Repeat everything on left leg

EMOM X 6 Min
  • Odd minutes: Russian twists x 10 (Med DB) / low plank army crawls x ROM
  • Even minutes: Wtd pike x 10 (Med DB) / Mountain climbers x ROM
