Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (squats, 1 arm row) Med DBS (Renegade row, wide grip row) TRX (mid length)

2 mins per move x 1 round (8-12 rep range and rest and repeat) = 8:45 min

  • TRX Archer Rows (8-12 each arm) - Half group starts here
  • 15 sec transition
  • Step Ups (set up high benches) - Other half group starts here
  • 15 sec transition
  • Front Squats with pause at bottom
  • 15 sec transition
  • Wide Grip Rows (Med/Heavy DBS)

1 min per move x 2 rounds (8-12 rep range) = 9:30 min
  • TRX Hi Rows - Half group starts here
  • 15 sec transition
  • Jumping Step Ups (Other half group starts here)
  • 15 sec transition
  • Weighted Jump Squats (Med DBS)
  • 15 sec transition
  • Plank Rows (Med DBS)

 


30 sec per move x 2 rounds (max reps) = 3 min
  • 1 arm Row (Heavy DB)
  • Sprinter Jump
  • 1 arm row
  • Sprinter Jump
