- Single arm chest press x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
- Single arm clean and press x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
- Rest x 20 sec
- Repeat on other side
Every 90 sec X 3 rounds = 4:30
- Deadlift to alternating high pull x 10 (Hold both heavy DBS)
- Push press x 10 (Heavy DBS)
- Pushup shoulder taps ( 1 pushups x 4 taps) x ROT

- Single arm close press x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
- Single arm snatch x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
- Rest x 20 sec
- Repeat on other side
Every 90 sec X 3 rounds = 4:30
- Serve the platter front raises (light DBS) x 10 (take out the curl in the video and just do the serve the platter part)
- Lateral raises x 10 (light DBS)
- Pushup shoulder taps ( 1 pushups x 4 taps) x ROT
