Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (chest press, clean and press, High pull, push press) Light DBS (serve the platter, lat raises),

3 rounds = 6 min
  • Single arm chest press x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
  • Single arm clean and press x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
  • Rest x 20 sec
  • Repeat on other side

Every 90 sec X 3 rounds = 4:30
  • Deadlift to alternating high pull x 10 (Hold both heavy DBS)
  • Push press x 10 (Heavy DBS)
  • Pushup shoulder taps ( 1 pushups x 4 taps) x ROT

3 rounds = 6 min
  • Single arm close press x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
  • Single arm snatch x 20 sec (Heavy DB)
  • Rest x 20 sec
  • Repeat on other side

Every 90 sec X 3 rounds = 4:30
