**Keep mini band on whole time**
- Piston bicep curls (med DBS)
- Tricep kick backs (med DBS)
- In out squat jumps (mini band around calves)
- Low plank toe taps (mini band around calves)
Group 1: 4 min AMRAP
*keep feet in trx whole time**
- TRX pike to crunch x 10
- TRX low plank saw x 10
Group 2: 4 min AMRAP
- Skull crushers x 10 (Med DBS)
- Single leg glute bridge x 10 each leg
30 sec on / 5 sec transition x 3 = 7 min
- Sumo squat to hammer curl (Med DBS)
- Static lunge to chop rt side (1 med DB)
- Static lunge to chop lft side (1 med DB)
- Alt V ups for speed
