Equipment Needed: mini band, med DBs (curls, kick backs, skull crushers) TRX (calf length)

30 sec on / 5 sec transition x 3 = 7 min
**Keep mini band on whole time**
  • Piston bicep curls (med DBS)
  • Tricep kick backs (med DBS)
  • In out squat jumps (mini band around calves)
  • Low plank toe taps (mini band around calves)

Group 1: 4 min AMRAP
*keep feet in trx whole time**
  • TRX pike to crunch x 10
  • TRX low plank saw x 10

Group 2: 4 min AMRAP
  • Skull crushers x 10 (Med DBS)
  • Single leg glute bridge x 10 each leg

30 sec on / 5 sec transition x 3 = 7 min
  • Sumo squat to hammer curl (Med DBS)
  • Static lunge to chop rt side (1 med DB)
  • Static lunge to chop lft side (1 med DB)
  • Alt V ups for speed
