  • Alternating Thrusters (heavy DB) - alternate arms for the press

12 min EMOM = 12 min
  • High Knees x 20 total, then…
    • Front Lunges x ROM (heavy DB)
    • Deadlifts x ROM (extra heavy DB)
    • Alternating Snatch from Ground x ROM (1 heavy DB)
*alternate between all three exercises for ROM/4 rounds of each (total)

3 Rounds x 30/15 = 4:30 min

  • Touchdown Squat Jumps
  • 8:1 Speed Shoulder Taps: Hop (kick feet in to hands and back)
