- Heavy DB (chest press, high pull)
- Medium DB (shoulder press, chest fly)
- Light Band (front raise)
Timed: 30 sec x 4 Rounds = 4 min
- Plyo Push-ups
- Speed band front raises (Light Band)
Timed: 2 mins
- Bench Press x 8-12 reps, rest repeat (Heavy DB)
*do immediately after the previous circuit
Timed: 30/30 x 4 Rounds = 4 min
- Piston Bench Press (Med DB)
- Piston Shoulder Press (Med DB)
Timed: 2 mins
- Hi Pulls x 8-12 reps, rest repeat (Heavy DB)
*do immediately after the previous circuit
Timed: 30/30 x 4 Rounds = 4 min
- Pullovers ( 1 Heavy DB)
- Swings (1 Heavy DB)
Timed: 2 mins
- Chest Fly x 8-12 reps, rest repeat (Med DB)
*do immediately after the previous circuit
Timed: 20 sec x 3 rounds = 3 min burnout
- Push-ups
- Plank Shoulder Taps
- Mountain Climber
