- Upright row to shoulder press x 10 (Med DBS)
- Chest Flys x 10 (Med DBS)
- Hand release pushups x 10
7 mins: Goal is 3-4 sets
- Bench Press x 8 (Heavy DBS)
- Push Press x 8 (Heavy DBS)
- Pullovers x 8 (Heavy DB)
7 min Ladder: Goal is to finish bench ladder and in between each set of max pushups you work your way down.
- Deficit Pushups x Max
- Down dog Push-up w/ feet on bench x Max
- Alt Bench Press x 20 total, x 16, x12, x8…. (Heavy DBS)
