Fri 5/25/18 : Chest W/ Shoulders : Strength & Conditioning

Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (bench press, push press), Med DBS (Chest fly, upright row, shoulder press)


7 mins: Goal is 3-4 sets

  • Upright row to shoulder press x 10 (Med DBS)
  • Chest Flys x 10 (Med DBS)
  • Hand release pushups x 10

7 mins: Goal is 3-4 sets
  • Bench Press x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Push Press x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Pullovers x 8 (Heavy DB)

7 min Ladder: Goal is to finish bench ladder and in between each set of max pushups you work your way down.
  • Deficit Pushups x Max
  • Down dog Push-up w/ feet on bench x Max
  • Alt Bench Press x 20 total, x 16, x12, x8…. (Heavy DBS)
