Equipment Needed: Heavy DBS (Alt bench press, Clean and Press, Close press) Med DBS (Shoulder press, renegade T press, sit up to press, bent elbow lat raises)
90 sec each, then 60 sec each, then 30 seconds each = 9 mins
- Warrior Maker ( max reps within time) (Med DBS)
- Close Grip Bench (6-12 reps, as many sets within time) (Heavy DBS)
- Strict Hi Pulls (6-12 reps, as many sets within time) (Heavy DBS)

- Alt Bench Press x 20 total (Heavy DBS)
- Alt Push Press x 20 total (Heavy DBS)
- Palms Forward Chest Fly x 10 (Med DBS)
- Strict Seated Shoulder Press x 10 (Med DBS)
- Push-ups x 3 sets max reps ( each member does 3 sets of max reps for them personally)
- Dips x 50-100
(Last 2 Exercises are meant to be a burnout)
