A= Squats (Heavy DBS)
B= Alternating Push Press (Med DBS)
C= Alt front lunges with Lateral Raises (Light DBS)
D= From the Floor Hi Pull (Switch arms after 20 sec) (Heavy DB)
E= Bear Crawl Hold Knee Taps (video is tapping shoulders, but have the class tap each knee)
F= Dead Lifts (Heavy DBS)
