B= Alt​ernating​ Push Press (Med DBS)​
C= Alt front l​unges with Lateral Raises (Light DBS)​
D= ​From the Floor Hi Pull (S​witch arms after 20 sec)​ (Heavy DB)​
E= Bear Crawl Hold Knee Taps (video is tapping shoulders, but have the class tap each knee)​
F= Dead Lifts (Heavy DBS)​
