Equipment Needed: Bench, Medium Weights (Press to skull crusher, curls, split suqats) LightMed DBS (Kickbacks, bent over curls)

AMRAP - 8 Minutes - Goal is 2 Rounds

  • Close Grip Press to S.Crusher x15 (Med DBS)
  • Squat to Hammer Curl x 15 (Med DBS)
  • Wtd V Up x 15 (Med DB)

Timed: 20 Sec exercise x 2 Rounds each Leg = 4 Minutes
  • Split squat (Med DBS)
  • Split Squat pulse (Med DBS)
  • Split Squat Hold (Med DBS)

AMRAP - 7 Minutes - Goal is 2 Rounds

Three Minutes Abs - 40/20 X 3 Rounds
  • Double Crunch for 40 sec
  • Plank hold 20 sec
