Timed: 20 Sec exercise x 2 Rounds each Leg = 4 Minutes
- Split squat (Med DBS)
- Split Squat pulse (Med DBS)
- Split Squat Hold (Med DBS)
AMRAP - 7 Minutes - Goal is 2 Rounds
- Tricep dips x20
- Alt Bear row to kick backs x 20 total (Light/Med DBS)
- Bentover curls (Med DBS) (Light/Med DBS)
Three Minutes Abs - 40/20 X 3 Rounds
- Double Crunch for 40 sec
- Plank hold 20 sec
