Timed Round 45 sec each x 2 rounds = 6 min
- 1 arm overhead squat x 45 sec (rt arm) (1 Med DB)
- Static lunge hold w/ twist x 45 sec (rt leg in front) (1 Med DB)
- Repeat on left
7 Min Round: Goal is 2-3 sets
- Shoulder presses x 20 (Med DBS)
- Front raises x 20 (light DBS)
- Plank lat raises x 20 total (light DBS)
EMOM: x 4 Min
- Upright row x 10- finish minute with lunge jumps (Med DBS)
- Down Dog push ups x 10 finish minute with squat jumps
5 Min Round: Goal is 2-3 sets
- DB punches x 20 total (Light DBS)
- Mountain climber hops: 10 mnt climbers to 1 plank hop x 10
- Overhead sit ups x 10 (1 or 2 Med DBS ovhd)
