Equipment Needed: Med DBS (ovhd squat, lunge twist, upright row, shld press) Light DBS (front/lat raises, punches)

Timed Round 45 sec each x 2 rounds = 6 min



7 Min Round: Goal is 2-3 sets
  • Shoulder presses x 20 (Med DBS)
  • Front raises x 20 (light DBS)
  • Plank lat raises x 20 total (light DBS)
EMOM: x 4 Min​
  • Upright row x ​10​- finish minute with lunge jumps ​(Med DBS)​
  • Down Dog push ups x 10​ finish minute with squat jumps

5 Min Round: Goal is 2-3 sets​

  • ​DB punches x 20 total (Light DBS)
  • Mountain climber hops: 10 mnt climbers to 1 plank hop x 10 ​
  • ​Overhead sit ups x 10 (1 or 2 Med DBS ovhd)​
