Equipment Needed: Bench, Mat, Med DBS (split squats, curls, ovhd extension) Med Res Band (Curls)

TIMED: 60 SECONDS EACH X 2 ROUNDS = 8 MINUTES

  • Bulgarian Split Squat - Right (Bench, Med DBS)
  • Elevated Single Leg Deadlift (right) with bicep curls at top (Bench, Med DBS)
  • Bulgarian split squat - Left (Bench, Med DBS)
  • Elevate single Leg Deadlift (Left) (Bench, Med DBS)

AMRAP - 6 MINUTES (GOAL IS 3 X THROUGH)
  • Hammer curls X 10 each side (Med DBS)
  • Med Resistance band curls x 20 each side
  • O.H.Tricep Ext. x 10 each side
  • Tricep dips x 20 (Bench)

TIMED - 40/20 X3 = 9 MINUTES
  • Flutter kicks 40 seconds, six inch hold for 20 seconds
  • Sumo squat for 40 seconds, sumo squat hold for 20 seconds (Med DBS)
  • Suitcase crunches for 40 seconds, boat pose for 20 seconds
(Do each set 3 times through before moving onto the next one. So flutter kicks and six inch hold 3 times through before moving onto the sumo squats)
