Group 1: 45 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30

  • Narrow to wide chest press (Med DBS)
Group 2: 45 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30
  • TRX Alternating Pistol Squats (mid length)
  • TRX inverted Row (mid length)
