Group 1:
TIMED ROUNDS 30 SEC EACH X 4 = 4 MIN
- TRX pistol squats (switch leg each round)
- TRX ITY flys
Group 2:
TIMED ROUNDS 30 SEC EACH X 4 = 4 MIN
- Squat Hold- Alt Back Lunges (Med DBS)
- Plank Up downs
AMRAP X 8 Mins
- Alt OverHead Lunges x 20 (Med DBS 1 or 2)
- Shoulder Taps x 20 each side
- Squat with 3 pulse at bottom x 10 (Med DBS)
- Band Front Raises x 20 (Light Res Band)
90 sec x 2 Rounds = 6 MIN
- 1 Leg DeadLift to upright row x 12 (Med DBS)
- 1 Leg Down Dog PU X 12
- Plank hold x ROT
