Equipment Needed: Heavy DB (Tricep extension, goblet squat), Med DBS (Skull crushers, curls) NO BENCH! Just a mat!

AMRAP x 6 MIN - GOAL IS 3 ROUNDS
Close grip press to skull crushers x 10 (Med DBS)
2:1 Goblet Squat Pulse x 10 (Heavy DB)

30 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30
  • Back lunge to twist (Med DB)
  • Repeat on left side
  • Squat hold with arms extended (hold 1 DB to make harder)

30 sec each x 3 rounds = 4:30
