Group 1 5 min round - goal 3 sets
Suspension chest press x 8
Suspension atomic pushups x 8
Group 2 5 min round - goal 3 sets
Upright row to shoulder press x 10 (Med DBS)
Lateral raise x 10 (Light DBS)
30 sec each/ 10 sec rest x 4 sets = 8 min
- Chest press
- Burpee to snatch (rt side)
- Burpee to snatch (lft side)
4 min ladder: 12,10,8,6
- Reverse flys
- Weighted punches (12 total, 10 total etc…)
