Thu 2/22/18 : Legs with Back : Strength & Conditioning

Equipment Needed: Pullup setup with high benches, Heavy DBS (squat/lunges), Extra Heavy DBS (Deadlifts, 1 arm row), TRX calf length (hamstrings)

Partner up with someone to circuit through the following exercises x 8 min

  • Pullups x 8 ( 4 count negative)
  • Squat to back lunge x 8 (Heavy DBS)
  • Deadlifts x 8 (Extra heavy DBS)

EMOM x 5min
Partner 1:
Toes to bar x 8
Finish minute with Alt step ups (Med DBS)
EMOM x 5 min
Partner 2:
Single arm row x 6 each side (Extra heavy DB)
Finish minute with goblet squats (Extra heavy DB)

1 min each x 2 rounds = 4 min

Partner 1: TRX Glute bridges
Partner 2: Front lunges
