- Squat to back lunge x 8 (Heavy DBS)
- Deadlifts x 8 (Extra heavy DBS)
EMOM x 5min
Partner 1:
Toes to bar x 8
Finish minute with Alt step ups (Med DBS)
EMOM x 5 min
Partner 2:
Single arm row x 6 each side (Extra heavy DB)
Finish minute with goblet squats (Extra heavy DB)
1 min each x 2 rounds = 4 min
Partner 1: TRX Glute bridges
Partner 2: Front lunges
